Getting scheduled is simple, we do all of our booking online. Since we are all working stylist and do not have space for a receptionist, we are unable to accommodate booking over the phone. Booking can be done by heading back to the main page and selecting the stylist you’d like to book with. each stylist will provide different services. Each stylist offers different services and pricing based on their own skill level, experience and time.

All services are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online and are confirmed once scheduled. Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your service—late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.

We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. By confirming your appointment, you agree to these cancellation policies. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total. No-shows/No-notice will be charged the full service amount.

If you arrive more than 15-20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with proper notice. Your stylist will notify you if a deposit is needed for your service.

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include [cash / card / digital payment options]. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on hair length, density, or service time.

To maintain a peaceful, private studio environment, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone or with one companion, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Children & Minors

Minors 12 years and older are welcome for scheduled services. There is no special pricing for minors. Please note that the studio is not childproofed and proper arrangements should be made for childcare for your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. I appreciate your care in helping maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone. Masks and hand sanitizer is available in salon for anyone to use.

Your satisfaction is important and adjustments are normal! We are not robots. We are human. Please communicate openly during your appointment so adjustments can be made in real time. If you're not totally satisfied with your service or hairstyle, please let us know right away or reach out via email to schedule a complimentary adjustment at no cost to you. Redos or refunds are not offered after the service has been completed for more than two weeks.
